SRM MISSION INVENTION

A unique contest that fosters innovation and invention. Practical, feasible innovation with the theme "WASTE TO WEALTH". A initiative by SRM university and ABP group, this science contest reached out to school children across Bengal. The children were encouraged to think outside the box and explore methods of how everyday waste can be used to create wealth.

The response to this activity, managed by us, Infinity events, at Kolkata, was astounding. The ideas were mind boggling and it was hugely successful. The students had to submit a synopsis of their ideas and the selected team had tp present the same in an Exhibition. Winners were given grand prizes.

This is a unique activity mainly because it was educational in nature and got full support from teachers. Click Here to see some feed back from school authorities

SPORTS EVENTS

Sporting events have come into their own in the last few years. With so many professional leagues being held, the number of large sporting activities has multiplied and requires good event management services. We have managed number of sporting events and activities for schools, corporate houses and professional leagues. Cricket, Football, Sports, Kabaddi ... we, at Infinity events, have done the entire range of activities. 

M.I.C.E.

Meeting, product launches, dealers meets, incentives, award functions, CMEs... all are very effective as communication with team and partners, Could be the team of salesmen, group of dealers, advisors or clients... these events offer an opportunity for effective engagement, motivation and monitoring. Infinity has managed innumerable such activities for our clients.

ENTERTAINMENT EVENTS

The huge and ever growing entertainment events segment. Glamourous, Glitzy, Starry and Action packed, these  events and activations are really effective for high visibility and engagement. We have handled many TV serial launches, reality show engagement and launches and celebrity events. Many of these are also integrated into on ground festival celebrations like Dandia etc.

INSHOP AND MALL ACTIVATION

In-shop activation and mall campaigns have come up as very effective activities. These are especially effective to get trials and experiences. Customers who have walked into the store are in a positive mind frame and can be counselled to inform about the various products and services. A well informed and helpful counsellor can assist the people to understand and experience the products and services.

Malls are also very effective because the activity gets high visibility and a very focussed target group.

We at Infinity have carried out numerous activations in Malls and Stores for various multi-nationals & brands  like Johnson & Johnson, CIBA, Allergan, Linc, L& M, Essilor..to name a few.

RURAL OUTREACH ACTIVITIES

Rural India is the new India. Large, with high potential and a population that has growing aspiration, wants and the means to fulfill them.

We have effectively organised activities in Rural India ranging from Melas and Haats, Mobile Van displays, Nukkad Nataks, School contact, Carnivals, Merchandising Drives etc etc.

Well planned and well executed, a rural activation is very effective and shows almost immediate results. While sales can also be generated, the brand value or brand visibility that is gained is immense and  thus makes the activity even more cost effective.

Here we carried out social awareness programmes about Suraksha among rural household. It was related to safety and security when using Cooking Gas at home. This programme was done in Orissa and West Bengal and covered more than 10 districts in each state. Hugely successful, it was an idea rural outreach programme, that was well planned and well executed.
